Job Responsibilities
To become the driving force behind bringing the company's innovative food dyes and flavors to market
Develop and execute a data-driven go-to-market strategy, integrating sales, marketing, pricing, and sourcing tactics
Craft and implement brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, PR, event marketing, etc.)
Secure strategic partnerships that fuel commercial success
Lead market research and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions.
Track progress and analyze data to refine strategies and optimize performance
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field, with robust commercial acumen
7+ years of relevant experience in business development and/or marketing within the ingredient industry
Expertise in the colorants and/or flavors industry with a deep understanding of pricing strategy, sourcing, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in marketing principles and demonstrated success in executing effective campaigns
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of food science and regulations, coupled with commercial experience in European/US markets.
Proven experience with marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms
